We are all about having fun and enjoying the world of stand up paddle boarding. Helping you to fall in love with SUP just as we did, Essex SUP prides itself on helping to make this fantastic sport affordable, we will teach you all the necessary skills required from absolute beginner to beyond. Learn with us in a safe and friendly environment with all equipment supplied at no additional cost, all you need to do is bring yourself a towel and let us guide you through the rest. we have now changed how we run lessons, for this year we are only running the Family Intro lesson, this lesson is suitable for all, it enables non smimmers to take part in this fantastic activity as we operate in shallow water
If your children are under 8 years please contact us and we can discuss options.
PLEASE NOTE NO UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN ON THIS ACTIVITY, Please ensure you book on an Adult family member or guardian to take part on the water.
For small children we require one adult per child.
Seniors, the Family intro has proven perfect for the older generation, shallow water and one hour activity, no excuses and wetsuits are provided at no extra cost, we no longer provide footware and recommend you bring with you as the beach can be liable to cut your feet.

NEW TAKEAWAY BOARD HIRE SERVICE
We now offer 1 day board hire, pick up a stand up paddle board first thing in the morning and return it that evening. What is included......Board of your choice, paddle, pump, wetsuit if required, buoyancy aid, cost of hire is £50 per board.
WE WILL REQUIRE A FORM OF SECURITY WHEN TAKING THE BOARD
ALL Board hire will require a credit card transaction plus identification to match the credit card (photo driving licence, passport)
