We are all about having fun and enjoying the world of stand up paddle boarding. Helping you to fall in love with SUP just as we did, Essex SUP prides itself on helping to make this fantastic sport affordable, we will teach you all the necessary skills required from absolute beginner to beyond. Learn with us in a safe and friendly environment with all equipment supplied at no additional cost, all you need to do is bring yourself a towel and let us guide you through the rest. We have so much to offer in terms of variety for your paddle experience, just head over to our bookings page and select which one is best suited to you.

Essex SUP Update.
Please be aware that we now have a strict age limit of 16 years minimum on our main Intro to SUP lessons, we do not have an upper limit so no excuses....
If you are between the ages of 8 to 16 years please book onto our Family intro lesson.
If your children are under 8 years please contact us and we can discuss options. PLEASE NOTE NO UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN ON THIS ACTIVITY, Please ensure you book on an Adult family member or guardian to take part on the water.
For small children we require one adult per child.
Seniors, the Family intro has proven perfect for the older generation, shallow water and one hour activity, Please consider this when booking.

NEW TAKEAWAY BOARD HIRE SERVICE
We now offer 1 day board hire, pick up a stand up paddle board first thing in the morning and return it that evening. What is included......Board of your choice, paddle, pump, wetsuit if required, buoyancy aid, cost of hire is £40 per board.
WE WILL REQUIRE A FORM OF SECURITY WHEN TAKING THE BOARD
ALL Board hire will require a credit card transaction plus identification to match the credit card (photo driving licence, passport)
